Dear Sir/Madam,

My company is using "MS Teams" as the official IM tools within the company.

We are developing a chatbot for internal use.

Just like other human staffs on our AD, we hope that this chatbot can be found by our staffs at the “Search/command” bar in Teams. However, our users cannot see it.

As a workaround, we ask user to click on an URL, after clicking onto the URL it will open up a browser and telling the users that MS teams is starting up. User will be asked whether "opening up the web application" or "download Teams".

Once user clicks on "Open Web application" button, the corresponding chatbot will then be seen at the conversation panel (when user is opening his/her native apps). And the chatbot can be found at the search/command bar from then onwards.

I want to know whether the above mentioned process can be skipped, such that users in my company can find the bot at the beginning.

Regards,

Anthony
