I work for 2 different organizations and wish to have 2 separate accounts. I have one all set up but when i started a new one with a different email address it does not allow me to do anything. It does not have the create a new team button nor the 3 dot buttons?????
@Deb-261 If you 'started' a new account it would sound like perhaps you are using the free personal version of Teams, not a business version (costs money). In Teams personal you can chat with other people, arrange meetings, but not the collaboration features of Teams, Channels etc.
You would need to buy a subscription for this account to get the business features.
