14 Different Meetings Simulteanously

Copper Contributor

I need to arrange for 14 different meetings to happen at the same time for different people. I will not be attending each meeting. Is there an easy way to do this without manually setting up each one?

Edit: Each meeting needs a different Teams link so people don't end up in the wrong meeting

Hi, I would probably use the breakout room feature for this scenario. Then you only have to attend this one meeting and can configure the rooms/participant assignment once.

Or perhaps you could have a look at deep links too https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/build-and-test/deep-links#deep-lin...
Hey Christian, thanks for your response. I tried exploring using the breakout feature initially, but it would require me to manually select the individuals per room and as I'm not sure who will be in attendance, I thought having different meetings would be better.
The deep links is quite cool, I will look in to it! Thank you!
Just a heads-up, you cannot invoke a meeting with the deep links but as I'm not sure of the use case here I just added it as an alternative. I remembered reading this some time ago using Power Automate, go have a look! https://myteamsday.com/2020/09/13/create-teams-meeting-with-power-automate/
