Microsoft has reviewed and improved the user experience to create webinars in Microsoft Teams. 

When scheduling a meeting, your users will see the Webinar option on the Calendar drop down menu in Teams (desktop/web).

@GiulianoDeLuca when start the release to the tenant? And how is possible check on teams admin panel without try to make a new webinar? 
Is possible embedded the registration form in a own website page?

Hi,
It should be already available now, and if you want to embed the registration form in a website you can use an iFrame
