It seems you're having a problem with resetting your password? This is typically something that your administrator does need to do. In some cases, if this has been enabled on your tenant, you can use "Self Service Password Reset" (SSPR) to reset your own password. Have you tried to sign-in and then select the option "Can't access your account?" as shown below?
