Teams for Facilities

We are looking to integrate teams more in our Facilities department.  Does anyone in Facilities use teams?  If so, how?

I work In Facilities & Maintenance department, as well. I haven't been able to get my co-workers to use Teams, but I would have them use it as communications, Staff Notebook for their own notes, Shifts to be able to track their comings and goings: Inspections to have a checklist for them to complete. Or Inspections for our Maintenance guys to open a "work order" and to have a record of what they did, how they fixed the problem, how long it took, what supplies they used.
