Hello everyone,
Today a mother approached me with the issue that her son is not able to complete the quizzes on his iPad, but is able to do it on any other device. After speaking with her for a few minutes, we concluded that the only thing different on his iPad is the Parental Control.
Does anyone have experienced this before and can let me know what setting inside the parental control needs to be change in order for the quizzes to work?
