We are a small school with using teams (101 users)
The problem is that I disabled the chat for students and I cannot enable it again.
- First I defined each student policy as Education (Primary school student)
- Then I went to Messaging policies and to Education_PrimaryStudent_Remote Learning
- I turned the chat option off
- The students could not access the chat
- I turned the chat option on
- Nothing happened
- I asked everyone (including me) to close and open the session.
- After several attempts nothing happened
- I reversed the individual student policy again, and nothing happens
I cannot enable the chat option again. Any suggestions?
