Getting the best audio and video experiences in Teams with devices

DerekMc316 no there are not any settings for this.  I would highly recommend using a certified headset with a boom mic for the best possible background noise elimination.  Specifically, headsets which meet our "Open Office" certification level pass a higher bar for background noise suppression:
