Is there a way to create connectors for non Saas apps that are on premises. Let say CRM or ERP. We would like to setup teams to become the one centralized dashboard for all our apps and collaboration.

Yes, this is possible. There are two ways to do it.

  1. If the system supports webhooks (do an HTTP POST when events of interest occur) you can create an "Incoming Webhook" and copy/paste the URL from that into your CRM or ERP app. More information on that can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/connectors/connectors-using#settin...
  2. If the system does not support webhooks (this is fairly common for older legacy systems) it likely supports email notifications. Simply get the email address for a channel and send the notification to that address.
