I understand Teams is not a Sip client so cannot use Snooper kind of tools for diagnostics. What are the alternatives?

Hey Lakmal - fair question. I didn't think one could use Snooper for SFBO either given the traffic is secured end to end. What are the scenarios where you're seeing this as required? Reason I ask is that optimally we provide tooling to address the need instead of having to sift through layer 5 gore.
Hey Jamie,

In SfBO we can use snooper to Review the client side logs. In Teams we have no such option for understanding session setup/signalling issues. It would be handy.

Thanks Jamie & Tom,

I remember Thomas Binder used CharlesProxy to analyse the Teams traffic at last year's Ignite and sort of giving us hope there would be a proper tool set coming later. check this blog based on that https://shawnharry.co.uk/2017/10/02/troubleshooting-microsoft-teams-with-charles-http-debugger/ .

In this side of the world (Australia) we anticipate lots of Direct Routing centric Teams movement, of course we will have to troubleshoot call setup/forwarding/simring/Media Bypass scenarios. We just need something to clearly read web traffic or/and SIP/SDP messages.

Thanks in advance.

Why we can not use Fiddler log to trace team Web traffic, i did not used it but think we can.

ANy idea ??
