We've deployed Teams Voice enterprise wide. We're experiencing one issue we really need to overcome. As of right now when you use the also ring feature in Teams, it only works when you call that user or phone number directly. We REALLY need this feature to work when a user is part of a call queue or a call is forwarded.
Our use case is this: We have SIP loud ringer devices that are set to an also ring device on user phones so people in our manufacturing plant can hear there is an incoming phone call. Right now this only works when calling the number directly. We really need to have this function available with call queues.
