Why is there such a substantial lag for attendees when using Teams Live? Will this be addressed?

Teams Live events provide a mechanism to deliver media in one direction: Presenter to attendees. Whilst the delay may seem unnatural at first given experiences with a standard Teams meetings, think of it like a TV studio - "live" TV is never instant, taking time to reach far end viewers. As there's no one responding in a live event using media, the delay shouldn't matter.
