Some devices to not yet respond to controls. My Plantraonics Savi does not hang up a call when hitt

Many "SFB" certified devices do not function as expected with Teams.  It that going to be addressed?  What's the timeline?

Are you sure it is your device that is not supported by Teams.

How about, are you "pure" Teams user or do you have for example on prem sfb deployed.

I noticed, I'm on prem sfb user, if I kill sfb client my Plantronics headsets and Jabra headsets starts to work with Teams call controls.

Solution

Can you please be more specific? User configuration, what does not work, what works?

 Hessu Pesonen was right.  When I exit SFB client, Teams client works great.

Tagged the wrong entry as "best response"  Sorry Hessu Pesonen!

 

We did work in the SFB client to ensure that works if you are in Teams Only mode and SFB client is running. That requires a recent SFB client. It should work for you if you do have a recent client, kindly check?
