We utilize Teams during Incidents and create channels for each. The Incident Managers would like to be able to export conversation history in order to be able to archive the incidents.

Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback. Would you mind suggesting if exporting data out is necessary or will it be sufficient to provide ability to archive the channel within Teams itself?
I would also request you to vote on the below item in user voice:
Thanks,

The ability to Export is the more important of the two. Right now the only option we have is to go through Security & Compliance. Teams usage is growing in our Organization and it would soon become unreasonably to only have Administrators (3 of us and 35K-ish users) be the ones doing exports of channels for all the Teams.

I'd LOVE for the ability to archive a channel, wherein the content remains with the Team and remains searchable. And, since it stays in the system, we can apply retention policies to them.
Having said that, if we can migrate channels from one Team to another, that is also needed.

Could you use the new actions recently added to flow to post the messages in the incident channel to excel or somewhere else?
