First, I would like to thank you all for doing this regarding MS Teams.
Our company is heavily invested in MS Teams, looking to enhance our Meetings and Calls (Teams Dialing). However, recently we have run into the gamut of issues with poor meetings, dropped calls, overall unenjoyable experiences.
We have seen issues where the data stream from the Teams Endpoint isn't being completed returning to the end user which would cause issues. How would you approach this situation? We have been diving into diagnostics, seeing issues all over the place (Wi-Fi / Networking, Driver Updates, Hardware compatibility).
We would like to have an overall enjoyable user experience as this is the platform we would like to continue to utilize (with a heavy investment already being placed into the product and infrastructure).
