Bot for search content in Teams

Is there a bot for searching content and suggesting relevant content in Teams? Would love to use this as a knowledge base in our contact centre

Ian, there's no plans at the moment for a Bot to do this. However we are continuing to invest in our search and intelligent search functionality.

Can we please have Teams content surface in Delve? Have a one-place-to-go-to-find-things add clarity for users. I mean, just add a Delve tab to a Team.
