Hi,

Michel Ehlert here from the Netherlands. When will the product group finish API support in Teams for external Call Center integration, like A365 & Genesys?

We don't have a specific date yet. We will be working on this in the first half of CY 2019 though, but we can't commit to finishing it by a specific date.
