Howdy!

A few pieces of feedback from a relatively new voice user:

1) "Fuzzy" Searches need to be enabled anywhere we are entering a phone number -- entering 1+areacode+citycode... gets oooooooold.

2) I really would like to have n-way assignments - if i'm in the phone devices, i want to be able to assign it to a user, rather than force them to sign in, if i'm in the number screen, i want to assign to user, if i'm in the user screen i want to pick a number.. etc...

3) BULK LOADS

4) Auto-dial house phones and/or full remote provisioning for limited house phones

Hi @RogerH:  We always love hearing suggestions  - would you mind doing that at our Uservoice feedback forum site? That's where we track bug reports and features requests and others can vote on them too. Plus you'll get updates when there are changes in your requests' status.  Thanks for being a member of the community.

 

Already posted most of these in both locations. Just trying to get more visibility on them... the admin experience is... less than ideal, with these three pain points being the most notable that i can think of.

Roy - yes concur. There are some backend improvements we are hoping to make to allow better searching but don't have a full plan yet.

Roy - something we strive to as well as improvements are made to Teams admin center

Roy - we are working on bulk uploads of network related settings like subnets, bssid's, etc.

Roy - there are no plans in this area.
@ThereseSolimeno Regarding Uservoice, isn't MS moving away from that forum? What are the plans for the MS Teams Group to replace Uservoice forums if this is the case?

Hi @ITSourcePro   Yes, eventually it will be going away but it will be in effect for the next several months (at least) for Teams, and the engineering team will continue to use that to track bug reports and feature requests until it migrates to a new system.
