Uploaded many videos, bulk generate transcripts?

I've bulk uploaded a large number of meeting videos from another platform.  Is there any way (via UX or Powershell) to bulk generate transcripts for these videos?

So far I haven't found a setting for it. My team is going in individually and generating transcripts for each video. @Adam_Padron_CLI 

I would really like to put in my vote for this to be automatically generated when videos are uploaded.

Hopefully you don't need this on a regular basis and it's only a one-time task because of the migration. However, if you do need to do this on a regular basis, it would be best to see if anyone else has asked for this and vote on it OR add a new item for people to vote for on the Feedback page at https://aka.ms/StreamIdeas
