Stream not working in Firefox

Users in Firefox are getting this message which is what we got when there was a redirect issue, it seems Firefox is the only browser you have to use Private window to be able to view the videos.

Yep - same issue.
Works from Chrome, but not firefox. Interesting that a private firefox window does work.
Tried adding exceptions for microsoftstream.com in the enhanced tracking - but that didn't help.
Any other ideas?

It seems maybe a history and cache clear might work too for the user.
