can anyone suggest what the issue is? in the past week have had issues where video footage which is stored in SharePoint suffers from intermittent green screen. Our partners seem to be having a similar issue, the file runs fine on download. The file is also OK when uploaded to Stream, the issue presents itself only when ran via stream on sharepoint.
we are investigating potential bit rate? could this be the problem.
any help would be greatly appreciated as this is affecting a key business process.
