To ensure everyone can access a file, and avoid having to set permission access and retention to each and every recording, my team has been in the habit of moving the recordings from the personal sharepoint folder to a shared team sharepoint folder. But the problem we have found with doing this is the feature of "fast forward" disappears as soon as the file is moved - even if to another sharepoint location. Can this please be addressed?
