Audio icon on the video clip

It appears only on Chrome.  See the screenshot.  Why is that?  A bug?

Seems like a bug, What file extension is your video?

Do you know what codex the video and audio for video is using?

I used HandBrake to rip the video clip from our DVD.

Same problem here with a .mov file.
