現在の動作として、グループからチャンネルを作成する際に、階層構造ではなくフラットにチャンネルが作成されているが、
全社のユーザーに動画を展開するにあたり、階層ごとに動画を整理できればユーザーを誘導する際に案内がしやすいため、
グループからチャンネルを作成する際に、階層構造を指定できるチャネル作成の機能を要望します。
