The ability to curate videos from mutlipe sources to one channel is increasingly important to create effective learning content for groups. If we can add other public videos by reference to a stream, then we can use this as a platform to curate videos across varous sources.

When adding a video, have an option  to add an external video URL as the source (Youtube etc.).

Thank you, @PriscillaP , I used YouTube as keyword in searching for UserVoice suggestions. This one didn't come up, but you are correct in that it relates to the same issue. I voted for it as well.

Thanks, @George McDonald , the votes have shot up from 1 to 19 and has made it to the "Hot" list. So lets get a few more people to vote for Add and curate external videos like YouTube

I can't access the User Voice for Stream anymore and I see that @TechCommunityAPIAdmin added a link to a new space called Microsoft Stream Ideas. Is this a new approach to User Voice?

I think I got the answer to my own question here: Move all of these ideas to the Stream-specific Uservoice site

Thanks for the idea and the upvotes! We're considering whether/where this idea might fit on the timeline for New Stream.

@ChrisKnowlton about time!

Having to manage company related content on multiple platforms outside Stream (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) due to its limitations is irritating, inefficient, not to mention the cost of paying for additional subscription services since we are not getting sufficient value from the existing subscription services in the O365 ecosystem .
