@O365_Japan_Support , we won't be making any updates specific to classic Stream in this area. However, Microsoft Stream is now one of the many services whose health can be seen on the Service health page in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Please see the screenshot below and the article How to check Microsoft 365 service health - Microsoft 365 Enterprise | Microsoft Docs.
