You could find the Microsoft Stream supported Video formats through the following article:

Microsoft Stream Formats and Codecs

Please consider convert the format into a supported one.

@Ramiro - we found this link on WebEx site that converts .wrf to mp4 which Stream supports. Do you think this might help you?
