It always takes a long time to load the video in Stream, and finally, I get problems with the network. I usually open the VPN and try to watch the video, but it doesn't work. I also try to turn off the VPN but it doesn't work too. This problem also happens in Teams. How can I fix it?
@Yuhan2295 - Please work with your IT admin and have them submit a support ticket including the session ID on a failed playback with the date/time that failed session happened at. Support can look into your specific issue deeper.
