Video stuck on 0% processing for the past hour.

Hi My video has uploaded with no problem but as been stuck on 0% processing for the past hour.  I deleted and tried again but the same thing has happened.  Previous videos have processed in a few minutes.  Help please!

Same for me, they must be having issues.

@HY101 Same here, first attempted 3 hours ago. Recent attempt was 35MB AVI, processing for 30 minutes and counting..
