Video sharing settings seem incorrect

Steel Contributor

A lot of our recorded calls in Teams end up being shared with the entire organisation, instead of only with the participants.

When going through the audit logs we can't find any action where the sharing is set to  Everyone in the organization.

All StreamEditVideoPermissions actions include "AllowEveryoneInOrganization":false

e.g.

{"Id":"GUID","Added":[{"Role":"Owner","PrincipalIds":["GUID"],"AllowEveryoneInOrganization":false}],"ResourceId":"GUID","ResourceType":"video"}

How could these videos end up being shared with everyone in the organization, are we missing some audit logs?

Thanks!

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? We have the same issue.

@StephenBates_IT  unfortunately not, sorry.

I am looking at this as part of this thread...

Have logged a ticket as there appears to be no log event which tell you that someone set sharing to org wide for a video.
