Thumbnails are not displaying when using Chrome or the New Chromium based Edge browser.

I was uploading videos from a VM that has the older version of Edge installed on it and thumbnails are working. When I opened Stream in the New Edge Browser I got the attached picture. I tried in Chrome and it was the same results.
