I need a way to control who's meetings are uploaded into Stream. We ran out of space in Stream pretty quickly because every meeting recorded in Teams is saved in Stream. I have tried Restricting Video Uploads in Stream, but that does not seem to be applied to Teams meeting recordings. I want some users to be able to record meetings that can be shared in Stream, and some users to record meetings for themselves. If I disable a users Stream license they have the option to download their video for 21 days. This is perfect for most users. The problem is that they lose access to view all Stream videos when this is done. I need to find a balance between space and access.
