We have several 'how-to' videos that have English caption files. The files are in VTT format. Only the first video shows the captions when you select English from CC menu (the other option is French CC which is the video language). There are no differences between the first video and the other 5 videos in their settings. We are stumped as to why it works fine for one but not the other videos. We have uploaded many caption files previously and have had no issues until now.

Any clue why the other videos are not displaying the captions? Glitch perhaps?
