students unable to view video created on Microsoft stream and embedded video in Blackboard learn

Hi, 

I uploaded and embedded a video into my Blackboard lesson.  Students are unable to view.  They get a message that states  "Please Try Again or Contact Support."    I can view, but they can't.

Hi Natacha,

Have you chosen who can see it while uploading the video in the Microsoft Stream and published it?
if not please do the same, hence your students will able to see it. if you already did the same and still face the issue, Please let me know.

I did do so, but the students were still unable to view without logging in.

as per current status, External sharing with stream video is not possible.

please check below Microsoft thread, They are working on this enhancement and will deliver soon.

So, till this feature is integrated, the user with credential can only view the video, So They need to login before viewing the video.
