Stuck in trial with no way of doing anything

Hi

I have downloaded a trial, but I am unable to do anything.

There is no way of creating channels or groups, and I cannot upload videos.

Can someone help me?  This is the only place I can find to ask.

As you can see in this support article (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/portal-download-video) only owners and the person who uploaded the video can actually download it

For group creation....

If your organization is already using O365, it's possible that they've configured O365 Groups so only certain people in the org can make groups. We use O365 Groups in Stream.

For Channels...

I think that entry point should always be there, unless someone else has already come into Stream and set it up so only certain people can create channels.
