While in stream and attempting to upload a video, once the video uploads, it then gets stuck on the processing section - even waiting up to an hour or restarting doesn't change that it will not go above 0% processed. Strangely, it does let the "publish" button "work", but pressing that also doesn't change anything and it doesn't progress beyond 0% processed.
