We experience issues with Stream videos on iOS devices. Videos will sometimes play without a video picture (just a black screen with controls) but you can hear the audio and see the subtitles. Sliding the progress bar fixes the issue and you can see the video. This happens on both Safari and Chrome on iOS at https://web.microsoftstream.com/.
