Start of uploaded video removed

Hi,

I have created a video (13.15 mins long and just under 50mb in size, mp4 format). The video plays just fine on my laptop in VLC. When I upload it to Stream and it finishes processing, the first 20 or so seconds are just not there. I have tried it multiple times and the same problem keeps occurring. Has anyone ever encountered this before?

@rflookWhen you get the finished processing mail, you have the original video you uploaded and it is only finished the processing of the resolution 320p. In the background the processing still continues. Persists the problem one or more days after you have uploaded the video too?
