How do I share a meeting recording with a participant that is outside my organization?

Hi, your org. needs to opt-in to the new Teams recording storage location (OneDrive/SharePoint). You can read all about the change here being mandatory this month.

Let me just add that you can download it and use other workaround but the native share from Stream won't work.
