We are a school district and continue to have issues with users sharing videos with everyone in the org by checking the all company box in permissions. Unfortunately that shares all videos with all K-12 students which is distracting for students and depending on the content, inappropriate.
Do you know or can you think of a way to change this permission on videos using a PowerShell script? We have repeatedly told users not to do this and it is far too cumbersome for admins to do it manually video by video.
