MS Stream - Share videos by link only?

Hi everyone, 

I want my staff to be able to upload a video and then share it by sharing the link - as you would in onedrive etc. 

I don't want the video accessible by all staff members. 

Any suggestions?

There is no "share" options yet. You can however add individual permissions to a video then give a link to the video, but it's a bit more complicated obviously, but is the only work around currently.
