Modified transcript in Stream - not able to download as VTT file

Hello All,

I created some screen recordings with MS Stream, which worked very well.

Afterwards I modified the auto-captions in Stream in the pane next to the video.

Now I would like to download this transcript to translate them, however, when I download this modified transcript I don't get it in vtt, but in file. See in the following link https://www.screencast.com/t/IW1ahxiN. 

How can I make sure it's downloaded as a VTT file or how can I change it to a VTT file?

Yes i have.

You have to open the downloaded file in notepad and save it as "nameoffile.vtt"

Like this it will be saved as vtt file.
