Microsoft Stream is down

The Stream portal "https://web.microsoftstream.com/"  seems down and gives a message as : 

"Thanks for your patience. We are experiencing a high volume of traffic. Please sit tight and we will let you in soon."

Or 

"The server encountered an error. Please try again later"

Our end user did see some performance degradation since few days. But its completely down today. 

Unable to reach even the admin page today. 

Any known reasons?

Same issue here. Does anyone know if @Pernille-Eskebo is working on this?

Heard from other means that they are increasing storage in the backend. 

Some Pages are back slowly but performance is not so good yet.

Stream Service seems ok today.
