I recently received an email to a meeting recording (for my meeting) but instead of my webinar I have 4 hours of a blank screen with no sound. I've previously had no problem with recordings. Is there any way to recover the meeting? Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi @Emily_Chatham . I have the same thing for one of my videos, interestingly recorded around the same time (August 21st). Did you ever find a solution to yours?

Found the resolution to my issue anyway. When the meeting was being recorded by Teams, for whatever reason, it was being recorded twice. When I looked at the uploaded recorded meeting in Stream, I saw them both - the blank one, and the 'good' one. Perhaps check your Stream library.
