Is the Microsoft Stream Service Down?

Is the Microsoft Stream service down?  Is there a way to check to see if service is up like other services?  I uploaded a video about the same size as I do weekly after a presentation and it seems to be stuck on processing.

I see that an incident did show up in the admin portal on this so I guess it is being resolved.  I know mine finally worked.
