Is it possible to create groups under groups in ms stream??
or is it possible to create channels under channels in ms stream??

No, I don't it works that way, with nesting groups or channels. What you can have is a group with as many group channels as needed, as a way of further organization:

You can have a Group with channels under it for organization. Or a companywide channel on it's own.
You can't have groups within groups.
@Avinash Parmar - Does the groups with channels under it work for you? Or is there something in your scenario that doesn't cover? What is the use case you are trying to cover?
