How to central all video training for employee ?

hi 

     My company had about 100 file video for training i want upload to as Microsoft streams but i can not use My account because if i leave company then my account i will disabled and remove . how to upload with account that it can exist forever .

     please suggest help me

Hi Tien,

You could

1. create another user user with a stream licence in order to do what is required.

2. create a company wide channel

3.) Use security groups to control who owns the video

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/portal-permissions

To note when a user leaves the organisation the videos aren’t deleted as essentially they are owned by the tenant, see here

So in reality, after your user is deleted the new admins would assign new owners to the videos
