Gaining Admin rights for Stream Video

How can I get admin access to a Stream recording which was started by a team member who is no longer part of the company? I am trying to share the video with other members of my company who were not in the original attendee list and therefore do not have viewing access to the recording.

@AvPai  You have to be a global tenant admin or a Microsoft Stream admin and than you can use the admin mode switch to view all videos in your tenant and to change permissions. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/manage-content-permissions
