we recorded a phone call on an iPhone and have an m4a file. I thought that I could upload it to Stream to get an transcription, but when I do this, I get a File Not supported error, but the documentation states that this file type is supported. Can anyone help me understand why this would happen?
Thanks
Follow up, after reading that the m4a format was supported, i stopped reading. I went back to re-read the entire documentation and found a note stating that Audio only files are not supported, which is what I have so I have been able to answer my own question.
But what I don't understand, is what we should do if we just record a meeting without any video. It appears that Stream won't be helpful for this scenario, which is disappointing.

Sorry we don't support audio only files in Stream yet.
